As most of us know already, the impact of farming meat is far greater than that of growing vegetables and grains for our environment. At Jump Kitchen, we are omnivorous. While we certainly try to cut back on the use of animal products and opt for more nutrient dense foods.

That said, I love an occasional grass fed burger off a charcoal grill, lox for breakfast, and a braised pork taco. So its important to be aware of the choices we make and make them consciously.
