It’s a beautiful day today at the end of February, and everyone is starting their efforts at regaining their summer bodies. We start with New Years Resolutions (which tend not to stick) and start getting serious when we see the optimism of the thaw.


However much we would like January to be the start of the year, it’s really in spring time that we are pulled to rebirth, reinvention, and rejuvenation. I, for one, have NOT kept up with my resolutions, but in the last week or so I have gotten back on the wagon with my fight to quit junk food and add green smoothies into my daily routine.


I’m starting a new series here on change. How can we make positive changes stick? how do fight pesky negative addictions and motivate ourselves to replace our bad habits with better ones?
